  3. Select the Free Select Tool from the toolbox.
  4. Create a small triangle in the center of the canvas by clicking to place the points. Press Enter to complete the selection.
  5. Press the minus (-) key to zoom out.

Step 4: Add the Triangle to a New Layer

  1. Create a new transparent layer by clicking the "New Layer" icon in the Layers panel. Ensure the layer is set to transparency.

Step 6: Duplicate and Align the Triangle Layers

  1. Duplicate the triangle layer by clicking the "Duplicate Layer" icon.
  2. Use the Move Tool while holding the Ctrl key to move the duplicated layer along the same line.
  3. Scale down the height of the duplicated layer using the Scale Tool while holding the Shift key. Press Enter to apply the changes.
  4. Merge the two layers with triangles by selecting the top layer and clicking Merge Down from the Layers panel.

Step 7: Duplicate and Distribute the Layers

  1. Duplicate the merged layer 14 more times so that you have a total of 15 layers.
  2. Select the Alignment Tool and drag to select all 15 layers.
  3. Ensure the alignment is related to the image, then use the distribute targets option to evenly space the layers.
  4. Merge all the layers by selecting Merge Down from the Layers panel.

Step 8: Apply Polar Coordinates

  1. With the layers merged, go to Filters > Distorts > Polar Coordinates.
  2. Set the circle depth to 0 and click OK to create the radial lines effect.

Step 9: Adjust the Layer and Add Text

  1. Use the Scale Tool to scale up the layer. Hold the Ctrl key while scaling for proportionate adjustments. Press Enter when done.
  2. Duplicate the scaled layer and use the Rotation Tool to rotate the layer slightly, adding more dynamic lines. Press Enter to apply.
  3. Adjust the layer opacity as needed and merge the rotated layer with the original.

Step 10: Add and Style the Text

  1. Change the foreground color to #FFD700 (a bright yellow).
  2. Select the Text Tool and use the "Best Friends" font at size 450. Type your text and center it using the Alignment Tool.
  3. Duplicate the text layer, change the text color to black, and position it beneath the yellow text to create a shadow effect.
