  1. Create a New Image

    • Go to File > New.
    • Set the image width to 1920 and height to 1080 pixels. Click OK.
    • Zoom out using the minus key (-).
  2. Add and Align Text

    • Select the Text Tool and click on the canvas to type your text.
    • Use the font "Moner Right Heavy" and adjust the settings as needed.
    • To align the text, use the Alignment Tool. Align it both horizontally and vertically relative to the image.
  3. Resize the Layer

    • Right-click the text layer and choose Layer to Image Size.
  4. Change Background Color

    • Select the background layer and change its color to a dark blue (#0F2C5F).
  5. Create a Gradient for the Text

    • Right-click the text layer and select Alpha to Selection.
    • Hide the text layer, then create a new transparent layer.
    • Choose the Gradient Tool and set it to "FG to BG (RGB)" with a linear shape.
    • Apply the gradient from top to bottom on the transparent layer.
  6. Customize the Gradient

    • Add color stops to the gradient by left-clicking and adjusting the position.
    • Set the top color to black (#0D0D0D) and the bottom color to blue (#1A5BBB).
    • Adjust the transition points as needed to achieve the desired effect.
  7. Create the Chrome Effect

    • Increase the selection by 3 pixels using Select > Grow.
    • Create a new transparent layer under the text layer.
    • Hide the selection by unchecking View > Show Selection.
    • Apply the Crown Molding gradient with a spiral clockwise shape.
    • Adjust the gradient as needed to create a steel-like border.
  8. Merge Layers and Add Reflection

    • Merge the chrome effect layer with the spiral gradient layer.
    • Duplicate the text layer and flip it vertically using the Flip Tool.
    • Align the flipped layer below the original text to create a reflection.
    • Apply a layer mask with a black-to-white gradient to fade the reflection.
  9. Final Adjustments

    • Remove any unnecessary layers and apply a new visible layer from the top.
    • Adjust the background gradient to complete the chrome text effect.
