How to Create a Fur Text Effect in GIMP

Step 1: Set Up Your Canvas
- Open GIMP and create a new image by going to File > New. Set the image width to 1920 pixels and the height to 1080 pixels. Press OK.
- Zoom out using the minus key on your keyboard to fit the entire canvas on your screen.
Step 2: Prepare the Background
- Change the background color by clicking on the foreground color box. Select a pink color with the HTML notation #E62A8F.
- Use the Bucket Fill Tool to fill the entire canvas with the selected color.
Step 3: Create Your Text
- Switch the foreground color to white.
